We provide our construction services only in the Calamuchita Valley, Córdoba.
Delimited to the north by the city of Alta Gracia and to the south by the city of Berrotarán.
Our system allows us to build on any type of land, with a closed budget and guaranteed optimal delivery times (90 days usually).
We make our constructions in wood, more precisely in white quebracho, which combined with other materials allow us to differentiate a unique style.
We work only with quality raw materials dried in the oven with special treatments of paint, insulation and finishes, which guarantee a very high durability.
This construction system includes all the work necessary for commissioning, execution, and in our case, also maintenance of the construction itself.
We guarantee the final price of your project with a closed budget, contemplating all aspects and delivering a construction ready to be inhabited in the agreed times.
Currently an estimated price of $ 30,000 m2 is estimated with turnkey delivery, which may vary according to different factors such as land location, pending, available services, etc.
We do not have our own financing at the moment.
We usually solve a work of up to 100 m2 in 90 days, and a work of up to 1,500 m2 in 200 days.
Because we carry out more than 200 projects in the Calamuchita Valley and guarantee security for your investment, respecting the defined budget, delivering in the agreed deadlines, using the contracted materials and processes, and ensuring our after-sales attention and scheduled maintenance of your construction.
